I have been with the Custer County Clerk’s office for nearly 14 years and  1^st Deputy for the past 5 years. 

I appreciate that informed citizens recognize me as the experienced and qualified candidate in this race, but we all know that elections are not that simple. Elections are always about votes. I have absolute confidence in my abilities to serve as your next County Clerk, yet I also know that I have a challenge to make my name and experience recognizable to voters. Coming in to this campaign is a huge jump from my typically quiet life, but I have never been afraid of dedication or challenge and I believe my record speaks to that.

After careful consideration and considerable encouragement from family, friends and concerned citizens, I made the decision to step out of my quiet existence and put my experience and my loyalty to Custer County on the line.  I believe what I’m doing is right, and I ask that you believe in me. I will work honest and hard for your support and your vote.
